WORKING SESSION

On 18th august 2025 in a hall of Regional Court of Sogd has conducted the session. In the session was attended by the leadership, judges and the staff of regional court.

The chairman of the Regional Court Rushanzoda S.R. has opened the session and read the agenda of the session. Also the chairman of the court read a work plan of internal agency and emphasized that each of its point should be used during the work.

In addition, the chairman of the regional court reminded the judges of the regional court that, fulfill the publication of articles in newspapers and speech in the mass media about the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, about the role of the judiciary in society, terrorism-extremism and the national laws that is the Law of Republic of Tajikistan “On the Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations, and Rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan” and  the Law of Republic of Tajikistan «On Responsibilities for the Education and Upbringing of Children in the Republic of Tajikistan».

The chairman of the court also emphasized that during the consideration of cases should not be delayed and the labor discipline should be strictly observed.

At the end was made a decision and their fulfillment was given to the responsible people.
